The SHENTEK® Residual PG13 DNA Quantitation Kit utilizes fluorescent quantitative PCR technique to perform a rapid, specific, and reliable quantitation assay at the femtogram (fg) level. PG13 DNA control is included in the kit to evaluate the performance of each PCR reaction.
