This kit is suitable for the efficient and reproducible recovery of trace DNA in multiple complex sample matrix. It can be used with SHENTEK^® host cell (CHO, E.coli, Vero, yeast, NS0, Human, MDCK, Sf9 & AcNPV, Hi5 & AcNPV, plasmid, SV40LTA & EIA et al.) DNA quantitation and size analysis kits. This kit is compatible with manual sample preparation or automatic extraction using the rHCDpurify instrument.
